For the lovers of strongs emotions, the island offers several activities. Sports and nautical: As Oceanic fishing, the majority of the fish is returned to the sea and identified by a Tag and release System, Jet-ski, banana boat, parachute sailing or para-sail, kite surf, diving, around the island there are 21 shipwrecks as the Crest of 1882 at 9 m of depth or the Darth of 1884 at 5m.


The Goat´s island is considered by the divers as a Submarine Ecological
Sanctuary). Windsurf, sailing , oceanic sailing are benefited by the current and winds of the canal. A odd meteorological incidence, predispose Ilhabela to sheltering the International Sailing Championships. Deserving the title of "Capital of the Sail".
